Can I swap outside of the United States?
Not yet, but it is something we are looking into for a future release!
Can I swap threaded or beaded bracelets?
Both threaded and beaded bracelets are popular swapping choices and you can do both!
Do my bracelets have to be homemade?
Nope, they can be previously bought, swapped for, or made by hand!
Can I sell my friendship bracelets on Suggy Swap?
Suggy Swap is focused on exchanging bracelets online similar to swapping in person, so there isn’t a marketplace aspect of the site at this time.
Do swaps have to have the same number of bracelets on each side?
Each bracelet listing can have up to 5 bracelets, and swaps are not required to have an equal number of bracelets being exchanged. As long as both sides agree, a swap can happen!
Can I use another shipping provider besides UPS?
At launch we are only supporting UPS as the shipping partner.
Who do I contact is I see something inappropriate?
Providing a safe, positive experience is the most important thing to us at Suggy Swap! If you see anything that is inappropriate, please send an email with as much info as possible about the issue to Hello@suggyswap.com
Something went wrong with my swap- who do I contact?
Is there a limit to how many bracelets I can upload?
Each bracelet listing can have up to 5 bracelets. All bracelets in a listing are traded at the same time.
Can I add other things to my shipment like a note or stickers, etc?
Yes, as long as the overall weight doesn’t exceed one pound.
Can I swap something other than a friendship bracelet?
At this time only friendship bracelets can be swapped due to the weight for each shipment. If there is a lot of interest in other kinds of swaps we’ll consider that for a future release!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping should take 6 – 8 days, and both people swapping will receive tracking numbers for their shipment.
How long do I have to put a swap in the mail?
After you’ve successfully matched with someone that wants to swap, you have 5 days to get the bracelets in the mail before the swap expires.
Can I swap with multiple people at once?
Yes! You can swap many different sets of bracelets at the same time. You can also offer up the same bracelets for multiple swaps, and once it is accepted by one the others will be canceled out.
What happens if my swap request is declined?
If you ask someone to swap and they decline, it will just cancel that swap request. Shipping and handling fees are not collected until both sides agree to a swap, so you won’t make any payments in the case your swap isn’t accepted.
Who is your shipping provider?
The shipping provider we’re using at launch is UPS. You can search for a nearby UPS store at https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store.
Once a match is made, how long do I have to pay?
You’ll need to pay the shipping and handling fee within 24 hours of making the match.
I paid and never got my bracelet- help!
How much does it cost to swap?
A fee of $7.99 will be collected to finalize the swap and cover the shipping and processing costs.
What is the max weight of my shipment?
The maximum amount that your shipment can be is 1 pound.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We don’t currently accept PayPal, Shopify, or Venmo, but are looking into these as a future offering.
Do you accept PayPal, Shopify, Venmo, etc?
Not at this time- we are looking to this integration as future enhancement.
How do I find a UPS store close to me?
You can search for a nearby UPS store at https://www.theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store.
What do I need to bring to the UPS store with me?
All you need is up to 5 bracelets you agreed to swap, an envelope and your phone with the Suggy Swap QR code on it or to save time, you can print the code and bring it with you. You can ship up to 1 pound, so if you wanted to add a note or anything special you could do that as well.
One of my listings was deleted- what happened?
Suggy Swap will remove duplicate listings or those deemed inappropriate content for the site. If you have any questions about why your listing was removed, please email hello@suggyswap.com.
