User Agreement
Welcome to Suggy Swap! Please read this User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy (“Agreement”) carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the Suggy Swap website (the “Site”) or any services provided by Suggy Swap (the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Prohibited Content and Activities
You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit or display on Suggy Swap. Prohibited content and activities include but are not limited to:
- Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying, harassment, or intimidation is strictly prohibited. Treat all users with respect and kindness.
- Racism and Hate Speech: Suggy Swap is an inclusive community. Racism, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory behavior is not allowed.
- Adult Content and Nudity: Users are prohibited from uploading or sharing adult content, explicit material, or nudity.
- Illegal Activities: Any participation in illegal activities or the promotion of such activities is strictly prohibited.
- False Information: Providing false information on your profile or engaging in misleading activities is not allowed.
2. User Accounts and Profiles
- Profile Removal: Suggy Swap reserves the right to remove or disable user profiles that violate this Agreement or engage in any inappropriate behavior.
- Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old to use Suggy Swap. Users between 13 and 18 years old must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Reporting Violations
If you encounter any user violating this Agreement or engaging in inappropriate behavior, please report it to Suggy Swap immediately through the designated reporting mechanisms on the Site.
4. User Safety
While Suggy Swap aims to provide a safe space, users are responsible for their personal safety. Do not share sensitive personal information with other users and exercise caution when arranging in-person meetings.
5. Modification of Terms
Suggy Swap reserves the right to modify, amend, or change this Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the Site or Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
6. Termination of Services
Suggy Swap reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts or access to the Services at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement.
7. Governing Law
